To answer your query, I think it means the opposite, as the situation you describe is desirable.
I think when a chick drives a big truck, she has a huge strap-on for her girlfriend to ride. In other words, a chick with a big truck is hung better than you Kris.

According to my better half, who has a degree in Physcology and other scientific words that I can't spell correctly, a woman with a big truck is just like a man with a big truck - overcompensating for a personal deficiency.
Since the easy one with men is the crotch area, one could gather that a chick in the Itty Bitty Titty Committee might drive one.
Or a girls with Daddy Issues, was beaten by her first boyfriend or can't get up without thinking about giving head to a black guy to piss off her overprotective mom.
Could just be about not being hugged enough as a child or the universal craving for attention or she just wants to take up a ton of space on the road, just like she does with her huge ass.
